Boys' Football League Match vs Prettygate Junior School

Another fantastic performance this afternoon saw our boys' football team win 6 v 0 against Prettygate Junior School from Colchester. In what was a closer match than the score suggested, we always maintained control and scored some good goals after neat passing moves. Here are some photos from our official match photographer.

Here is an updated league table for our boys' football team. We have three games remaining - two next week and one after the Easter holidays.

Girls' Football Tournament at Home Farm Primary School

Another successful day for our footballers although this time it was the girls' team who played in the Home Farm football tournament. We played five games in total, winning 4 and drawing one. This meant we were the overall winners with the most successful record. Congratulations girls!

Boys' football league match v Friar's Grove

There was another fantastic result for our boys' football team this afternoon after a 7 v 0 victory versus Friar's Grove from Colchester. A selection of photos from the match can be seen below.

Boys' Football v Montgomery Junior School

Our boys' football team have kept up their recent good form with another victory. They visited Montgomery Junior School in Colchester last Thursday, and recorded a 5 v 1 win. Fred Ambrose scored a hat trick and Will Johnson and Harvey Murton scored one each. Congratulations boys! Thank you to Mr Barnes, for organising the match and managing the team, and Mrs Abbott for assisting with the transport in my absence.

Another successful football match today which resulted in a one nil win away at Gosbecks Primary School from Colchester; a solid performance from the team where we controlled the match and created plenty of chances.
