Kelvedon Vs Heathlands
On Thursday 26th January, Kelvedon played Heathlands. We got there by travelling on the school mini bus; Mr Faithfull and Mr Walsh came with us on the journey to the match. Despite the freezing cold weather, we managed to get through the whole warm-up.
As the game started, we found it hard to control the ball as the ground was very hard which made the ball bounce a lot. 10 minutes into the game Toby and Kieran came up with a great link of play when Toby played a ball across the box to Kieran for a tap in.
At half time we made a few substitutions - Amy came on for Toby and Luke T came on for Ethan. In the second half, when Toby got subbed back on, Toby set Kieran, and Kieran accurately scored in the top right corner. The final result was 2-0 and at the end of the game we all shook hands.
This win continues our 100% winning record in the league.
