Match Report by Joe and Zane
Yesterday, Kelvedon’s school football team
played a team called Myland. It was an exciting match as there were a couple of
goals and lots of opportunities. Some good football was played during the match,
but we couldn’t get our shots on target. However, we got two goals against
their goalkeeper. The goal scorers were Toby and Kieran. Toby scored his 52nd
goal this year and
Kieran scored the second goal in the last half, resulting in a final
score of 2-0. We have won 26 league games in a row; that means we haven’t lost
or drew a game in 3 years! In the league we play 10 games of 7-a-side football.
The team with the most points at the end of the year wins - we have been
victorious twice and we are currently going for our 3rd season win
in a row.
