Netball v Gosbecks 28/03/17

Facing their first home match this season, the netball team took to the court in brand new kit looking incredibly smart. With plenty of home support this match was played competitively and admirably by both sides.

Having travelled to us with a few supporters, it quickly became evident that Gosbecks were going to provide strong competition for our team.  Both teams worked hard in the first quarter, unfortunately no goals were scored at either end despite many opportunities. The game was fast paced throughout with some great passing and movement off the ball.  Kelvedon scored first, but could not hold off Gosbecks in the final quarter, who went on to score 4 goals overall.  Final score 4-1 to Gosbecks.

Well done to everyone involved, I look forward to more matches after Easter.
